Corporate Events

Company-wide gatherings that land the way they were pitched.

Milestone celebrations, client appreciation evenings, awards programs and internal company events. We handle the venue, the vendors and the run-of-show so your team can be present at its own event.

Event Formats

Four formats we run most often.

Most corporate events fall into one of these categories. If yours does not, that is fine — we scope custom programs regularly and quote them the same way.

Milestone Celebrations

Anniversaries, company birthdays, IPO parties, retirements. Events with a single narrative moment that has to land exactly right.

  • Run-of-show built around one key moment
  • Speeches, toasts and video production
  • Optional gift and keepsake programs

Client Appreciation Evenings

Dinners, receptions, private venue buyouts and curated experiences for your top accounts, partners and prospects.

  • Guest list curation and RSVP management
  • Chef-led dining and wine pairing
  • Discreet branding and gifting

Award Shows & Recognition

Annual awards programs, sales recognition evenings and internal honor ceremonies with nominees, presenters and live production.

  • Nomination and judging workflow support
  • Presenter coaching and rehearsal
  • Stage design, trophies and photo ops

Company-Wide Gatherings

All-hands, quarterly meetings, town halls and internal kickoffs that combine business content with a social component.

  • Dual-track programming (business + social)
  • Hybrid streaming for remote employees
  • Breakout and networking logistics

Galas & Fundraising Dinners

Formal dinners with seated service, program flow, auction or pledge components and a premium guest experience.

  • Menu design and tasting sessions
  • Seating charts and guest management
  • Auction, raffle and pledge logistics

Something Else

Sales kickoffs, dealer meetings, retirement dinners, hiring events, family days. If it has a guest list and a date, we can produce it.

  • Custom scope and budget
  • Mixed-format programming
  • Multi-day options available

"The one thing clients notice is that they never have to chase us. The quote is clear, the run-of-show arrives on time, and someone senior is in the room on the night."

Daniel Okafor, Director of Production

Yes. We manage invitations, RSVP tracking, dietary notes, seating charts and on-site check-in, using either our platform or one you already use.

Gratuities, alcohol beyond the agreed bar package and any on-the-night extras requested by your team are typically outside the quoted budget. All of these are itemized in the written estimate.
